Every single time I drove 15 minutes just to be met with a sign on the door saying they "aren't accepting Amazon returns." Today I decided not to waste gas and called instead, what a huge mistake. I called eight times, sat on hold for 25 minutes, hung up, called back, and then sat on hold for another 15 minutes. Not a single person EVER picked up the phone. I even tried calling other departments out of desperation, still nothing. Spare me the excuses. Every time I've been in this store it's completely dead. Do not tell me everyone was "busy" when the store can't even be bothered to answer the phone or consistently accept Amazon returns at all. This isn't bad service, it's pure laziness and blatant disrespect for customers' time. Judging by the rest of the reviews, this isn't a one-off either. It's a pattern. Corporate seriously needs to take a hard look at this location, because whatever is going on here is unacceptable.

Management should understand that there are hard days and easy days and you gotta stay tough on the hard days. The female manager was highly stressed out and angry, taking it out on the customers. She decided to make an example out of me. SMH Get a new job if you don’t like what you’re doing. It’s a new year!
