  If I could give this location zero stars—or even negative stars—I would. I came here to return an Amazon item and waited in line like everyone else. When a new customer walked in, the staff told me to go back to the end of the line because they “have to service customers,” and that I was “only here to return items and Amazon doesn’t pay them.” Completely rude and disrespectful. This place desperately needs better organization and more cashiers. The employees look like they hate their jobs and will find any excuse to turn away Amazon return

  I walked into this store as an overwhelmed single mother in need of a chair to help in caring for my special needs child. Caring for your back is important and my son is in a wheelchair. I use an office chair to help me with his transfers and other related tasks. I went 1 day without a chair and I started to feel the results of it. Staples always known for lots of chairs and I was in a hurry and I needed a sales person ASAP. I was greeted and helped by a lovely, kind, and professional individual, CHRISTOPHER D store #0346. The young man was polite and helpful and didn't push a sale or a chair that wouldn't possibly work. What he did was recommend a game chair, a chair that met all my needs and requirements. Heck, I was only use to an office chair not a game chair, IT WAS A GAME CHANGER. I love my new chair. I was offered a discount and I bought the display chair. The store manager was awesome friendly and helpful while CHRISTOPHER loaded up the chair for me. I want to THANK them for their professionalism, smiles and positivity and CHRISTOPHER restored my faith in salesmanship. I will return to shop at the store again.

  This specific location in Dearborn is listed on the Amazon returns as a location to make returns. Today was the second time they would not take my return. The fact that they have a sign printed doesn’t make this ok. It is very inconvenient. If they don’t want to deal with the service they need to contact Amazon to remove them as a return location.
