I asked the lady for help, and she very rudely said, “I don’t know.” Then I asked the other employee (the man with glasses) if he could help me figure out how to get a color version, even though I had already selected “color,” but it still didn’t work. Both staff members were very disrespectful, and I was surprised by this unexpected level of customer service.

You can’t reach customer service over the phone. Stores will only direct you to call a number that is automated. You will send tons of emails to get a response and no resolution. Large package 68lbs stopped tracking. Now I’m out of shipping costs and $400+ which I have to refund the buyer.
