  I had a very smooth experience shipping with DHL here on Schaefer Rd. Unlike some other shipping centers that can be chaotic, this location was calm and professional. The gentleman at the counter was helpful—he double-checked my label to make sure the address format was correct before scanning it in. I also appreciate that they are open on Saturdays. Definitely my go-to spot in Dearborn for shipping.

  Excellent customer service! I was a little stressed about sending a package overseas, but the team here made it so easy. They helped me ensure everything was packed securely and answered all my questions patiently. It’s hard to find good service these days, but this place is excellent, Fast, polite, and reliable.

  Genuinely met the friendliest people who don't treat people like they hate their job. My father has been coming to this place for a ling time and wont stop any time soon. Fast, efficient, and clean.

  I warn you, guys, about this dil shop. They're inexperienced and still new. Don't go there; their appointments are unreliable. أحذركم يا شباب من هذا المحل. إنهم جدد وقليلو الخبرة. لا تذهبوا إليه؛ مواعيدهم غير موثوقة.
