    Most unhelpful place ever. Husband and I both took the day off, went to get our daughter's passport after they were not helpful in December when I didn't realize he must be present. Made an appointment at a different office, people decided not to show up for work today tried to call and get an appointment here same day they were unwilling to see us even tbiugh their voicemail said they would do ealk ins. Apparently only appointments only, yet nobody was in the lobby they were unwilling to help us. Who knew getting a passport would be complicated 4 offices in 2 months and still cannot get the job done, and USPS!

    This place is a complete CIRCUS! I've been looking for my package for going on the 3rd day now. DAY1) 2.1.26 No package to be found despite the email from USPS indicating it was OUT FOR DELIVERY! So, I speak with my mail lady who delivers my mail everyday and she checks her truck and was unable to locate it and makes a call to her manager to inform them of the missing package. Well, I then decided to go up to the post office myself to speak with a manager 🤔 and was told the package hadn't been located yet and was basically told if he finds it he will call me. I explained to him how important the package was to me and had to basically tell him his job and recommended that he contact all of his drivers to ensure that the package wasn't sorted incorrectly and put on a different truck! 🤔 I got a big sigh from him, he shook his head and walked away to start contacting his drivers. Furthermore, I said why don't you start looking around the warehouse for my package because it could of gotten mishandled and ended up laying around somewhere. 🤔 SMH, pissed off that not ONLY DID I HAVE TO TELL HIM HIS JOB, I HAD TO MODIVATE HIM AS WELL TO DO HIS JOB! This kinda Customer Service is not ACCEPTABLE and most certainly not any type of Customer Service I'll put up with! If you don't like your JOB, GET A NEW JOB!! DAY2) 2.2.26 Even though I received an email indicating that the package was not delivered yesterday due to the fact that the house was not reachable! And that the package was out for delivery today! STILL HAVEN'T SEEN MY PACKAGE AND EXPERIENCED THE SAME RUN AROUND! I asked the same manager why the USPS SYSTEM flat out LIED and said that the package was undeliverable because the house was not reachable! Wth does that mean anyway? ADDITIONALLY, WHY DID THE UPDATED EMAIL I RECEIVED IN THE MORNING TELL ME THAT MY PACKAGE WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY ONCE AGAIN IF MY MAIL DELIVERY LADY COULDN'T FIND IT ON HER TRUCK NOR COULD YOURSELF AT THIS POINT!! HIS REPLY " WE DONT HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER WHAT THE SYSTEM SAYS!" HAVING BEEN IN THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY FOR 30YRS MYSELF. I CHUCKLE AND SAY ARE YOU TELLING ME THAT THETES NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR WHAT YOUR SYSTEM GENERATES AUTOMATICALLY? WOW, AND JUST SHOOK MY HEAD!!! Someone needs to be aware of this problem because the information is INACCURATE! FURTHERMORE, All managers should be TRAINED IN ALL SOFTWARE where customers are concerned so that any given package can be ACCURATELY tracked from place of origin to place of delivery and report INACCURATE INFORMATION if needed so that INTEGREGITY is maintained throughout the ENTIRE USPS SYSTEM. DAY3) I'LL KEEP YOU POSTED. JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM DHL NOW THAT THE PACKAGE WAS RECEIVED IN THE POST OFFICE YESTERDAY AT 3:10PM. NOT SURE WHY I DIDN'T GET A PHONE CALL FROM THE MANAGER TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE!! INDICATING ITS OUT FOR DELIVERY TODAY! Not holding my breath!!

    Victor is hands down one of the best employees at the United States Postal Service. Every single time I come in, he’s genuinely smiling and welcoming. He has an amazing personality, treats everyone with respect, and carries himself with nothing but positivity — no hate, no bad attitude, just good energy. I come to this location at least once a week, and Victor has never disappointed me. No matter how busy it is or who he’s helping, he stays patient, happy, and professional with every customer. His customer service is outstanding, and he truly makes the whole experience better just by being there. The USPS is lucky to have someone like Victor. He’s a great guy and a perfect example of what excellent customer service should look like.

    Came in 5 minutes after appointment start time for a 15 minute appointment. Had to wait in line for ten minutes only for the guy who is having a bad day to tell us we are out of luck and had to reschedule. Why would you make me wait in line for ten minutes only to try and reschedule me when i was there during my appointment time. Customer service is down the drain
