The Davison Post office is by far one, if not thee, worst, Post office in the area. Even when they were in the old location. The staff is rude, lazy & easily offended, when asked to do the job, their being paid to do, I hate the place with a passion.

I came in to have an issue resolved, but got yelled at by Eric. I came in asking a simple question and got humiliated in view of all the customers behind me when you told me to step aside so you could help everyone behind me as if I wasn't worth the time. Mr. ERIC, I stood in line too. I am a customer too. I just moved back from another state and did not need to be treated in this unprofessional manner, nor yelled at the way you were carrying on BEFORE asking me what I needed help with. I've used this Post Office for 30 years and never have I been so disrespected for being a customer with a simple question. I know it's a Monday, but I didn't deserve that treatment. Im sad to say you have earned a poor rating and if there could have been a ZERO star option, I would have chosen that today. Do better Davison! This behavior should NEVER HAPPEN! Maybe you need to bring in some training on professionalism.
- PPPerryJun 18, 20251.0I mailed a couple of cards in the mail box inside the Post Office and the third one needed a stamp. I went inside and purchased a sleeve of stamps. The husky man that waited on me asked if I would like him too take it, as I was putting on a stamp. I said "Sure" as I handed it to him. I told him it's only going a mile up the road and I asked him if it would arrive tomorrow. He told me "Nooooooo, Its Got Too Go To Pontiac too Be Processed", I said "Well That Makes Alot Sense", he responded "What Do You Want, People To Lose their Jobs?!". The two cards I dropped in the box inside arrived on the 06-14-2025, and the Birthday card for my wife the postman behind the counter said he would take care of has yet too arrive. This interaction took place on 06-11-2025. It sure seems odd, just sayin. Today is 06-18-2025.
