- TRThe RoboturnerJun 18, 20201.0Staff (post master Tinna) refuses to return calls, gives incorrect information and also refuses to give out their supervisor's contact info so they do not get in trouble for mishandling issues. Started multiple cases for a package that wasn't delivered to me and never got a call back. I later found out from the regional office this was marked as a resolved case, despite never getting a call or my package because they didn't want to deal with me. Also, I was told they wouldn't do anything about my missing package because I could have received it, I guess implying I'm lying and going through their insane claim processes for the few dollars or the thrill of dealing with incompetence. I hope the relevant staff get their paychecks mailed to them.

I do not even k ow where that is, and cannot get ahold of anyone. The automated system does not like the spelling of my last name so is in a loop of aski g me to spell my last name... hmmm... wonder why the USPS is going bankrupt? Horrible Customer Service.
