I called the paper customer service and they send out all papers on Wednesday. Why is it our post office is sooooo slow in getting it to me?? So disgusted with delivery because you can’t count on anything! They keep raising stamp prices and do less delivery now. What’s up with that? Deliver when you feel like it.

I paid expedited shipping to have it delivered in one day and they were unsure of what happened to the package or where it was located. There was no assistance in helping me to figure out where the package was or what could be done as next steps to help solve the issue. All that was said was “there is nothing we can do.”
