- AAAjayAug 23, 20211.0I've had quite a hard time having my mail forwarded from this post office to my current address. While I took all the necessary steps to have my mail forwarded, Donna at this post office was not very helpful and I had to call the national USPS line to file a claim. The representative I spoke to said she very well could have checked to see in her system if my mail has been forwarded or not. I received a phone call from the Harbor Springs post office and the gentleman there was helpful and said he will call the Cross Village post office to clarify my forwarding mail. After a few weeks went by and still no forwarded mail, I decided to call this post office to see if there were any status updates. When I mentioned my name over the phone, Donna was abrupt and quite rude telling me my mail has been forwarded. It was as if she was annoyed that I was calling. If anyone has any issues with their mail at this post office, I'd recommend calling the national USPS line.
