- TDTyler DayNov 13, 20255.0Phenomenal staff, Gretchen is the best. Such a delightful employee, and does a grab job of multi tasking a big line, I drop off a lot of large packages and she never acts annoyed. She is one of the most pleasant employees of a business I’ve ever seen. Fantastic job!

There's now three one-star reviews about Gretchen in the last 3 weeks. *** Lady at the counter was exceedingly rude, and tried to tell me I did not fill my box correctly to protect what's inside. I told her I was not worried about damage, but she insisted that she wanted to open the box to fix the issue (the contents were sliding around). I ended up taking my package elsewhere. I've shipped thousands of boxes just like this one. This incident would have been nothing but it turns out that the lady I was dealing with was the store manager. Incredibly pretentious, rude, and arrogant. UPS labels tend to be cheaper on pirateship anyways.

That’s not the way to conduct business at all. Then to imply that my hearing was the problem and not the fact that he mumbled, hardly enunciated and barely asked full questions. Just because it’s everyday run of the mill for them doesn’t mean the same for me. I don’t speak FedEx 🤷🏾♀️
