The female clerk (long blonde dreads) in the Coloma post office failed to assist me when asking for stamp fees and assistance. When asking her to calculate postage for my letters both international and domestic she became extremely irritated, almost frustrated that my transaction required so much math. Instead of slowing down and speaking to me in a calm manner she GRABBED my personal belongings....postcards....postcard stamps and my PURSE and started moving things to the other teller!! I told her "DO NOT TOUCH MY PERSONAL THINGS" she started laughing at me and calling me crazy I know my 5th amendment rights and she was so hurtful and harassing I don't see how she should continue to supply customer service in our community.

I use to use fedex as a parcel carrier, But after they damaged a parcel and took almost a week to put it on the truck to go from coloma to Chicago, I no longer use fedex. USPS is the best and have been in the business the longest. Hopefully this can save people a huge headache.

Coloma has a very nice US Post Office. Ample free parking and not a long wait to be taken care of most often. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, especially for a government facility. Tucked away off the main road through town makes this Post Office nicely accessible.
