Not leaving 5 stars though because I was informed today that the cost to print one black and white page if it is emailed over us $1.00 a page. These are shockingly high prices and not even close to what we've been paying. Sad to have to find a new local printing solution :( Past Review: Before the change in ownership, I could email documents over the day before and pick them up the next day no problem. I've never had to call ahead as the staff regularly checked the email and if I sent it after hours, it was available the next day and already printed when I arrived. I always include detailed instructions for printing. The last several times doing this I have to ask them to check the email when I arrive and they have to do the printing then. I was told today that it was lucky it wasn't deleted since it was from yesterday.... although they never printed it. Poor customer service with the current staff.
