He took the package and tossed it carelessly into the bin behind him! I said: I just told you that was a fragile package!”. He just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders! Hoping my gift arrives unbroken. Never going there again, horrible customer service!

Pickup times are not really honored (can be days before items are actually sent out), and if your item has a tracking number, it probably won’t be scanned here before it is sent off.

The gentleman noticed a cut on the customer's hand and immediately gave him a band aid. The customer thanked him. Kind staff, not sure why they have so many bad reviews. 🥺 Let's show some love.
