- NNNM5 days ago1.0If I could give this post office a -20 I would, I should have gone to the Fraser Post office but I was near that one and went for the convenience....I had a certified envelope to Mail, the person there took my envelope and started bending it asking me what's in it, just like a little kid opening a gift, first of all you didn't have to bend it I was getting ready to tell you what was inside. He had no personality almost like a zombie...he was an Indian man not even dressed professionally. On top of that my envelope was supposed to arrive yesterday, hasn't arrived yet it got delayed, like seriously?? I should have just mailed it regular, it probably would have arrived sooner, it was going from Clinton Twp to Riverview Michigan, it's not going to Australia... this place is a joke. If you want your mail to arrive in a timely manner I don't recommend this post office at all. Will not be going back.

My packages were being sent to the correct address, saying it was out for delivery then out of nowhere. My packages were forwarded. I have no notes, no warnings, nothing. I found this out for my tracking. I am disappointed and I have no way contacting for help. I tried calling for the past 2 days and nobody will answer.

I purchased PO box with the sole intent of setting up informed delivery so I would know when checks from my customers arrived. After paying the fee for one year and trying to set it up I learned that my address "wasn't eligible". I go to get a refund and get back 75% of the purchase price after less than a week. The post office doesn't care about your mail, there is no way to contact anyone if anything goes wrong. It's just a faceless machine that chews you up and spits you out with no empathy.
