I scheduled an appointment online here to have my passport photo taken here only to show up and them tell me they don't do passport photos here and sent me to a different location

This post office has convenient inside drop off for mail and parcels during published business hours. An outdoor mail drop-off box is available 24/7. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Long story short - I found the staff actually quite personable, and understanding. In fact, the whole of USPS.
I left horrible, sweary review here. It may have actually been me in the wrong. I thought everybody was stupid, I don't even understand my own country or its laws, mix up. Five stars for being so patient as to just take that, and what looks like simply delete it.
If I've got this wrong then I'll go looking for the one it is to correct myself.
Apologies. It's also not me in the PFP (depending on when whoever reads this).
I actually love the area of the world you're in for many reasons. I just felt comfortable enough because what?! So I can't rely on my own people?!
"Your own people"? Oh...too long a story.
For anyone complaining about staff, I actually was really quite vicious and didn't even feel any negativity towards me. Nobody answered back. There's no way just nobody saw it. It was obscene and they actually done the right thing because they actually may have got in trouble legally because I'm in the United Kingdom. Something to do with customs. I...went...damn...mental. If anything they probably just thought "well if that was me, that's what I'd be like too..."
So I'll delete this one myself if I find the "right" one but I have to say...I actually found these people and USPS...quite understanding and personable, and they didn't say a word.
Love from Scotland all the way to Michigan and the whole Midwest. Love detroit, and Chicago. Thanks. Always love, brotherly fight, from my perspective,
X0,
Ben
Edit - can't find it now. I deleted it myself and went to do it, issues with phone. Now it's gone. You work in the mail area. You will know each other. Pass the message on please.

This post office loses pieces of mine and my roomates mail weekly. They tell me I will recieve it in the informed delivery email and it never shows up in the box. Sometimes its 2 weeks late sometimes its lost forever. There's no customer service line or report that helps you with this either. They dont care about mail pieces other than packages so they basically say, sorry youre SOL and thats it. Also when I first moved to Clinton Township, they wittheld my mail altogether for about 2 months. As you could imagine I was mad about that and I personally had the post master block me altogether 🤣 talk about not taking accountability. I didnt even swear or anything I was just generally crabby about where the hell was my mail if my old post office didnt have it and neither did they.
IF YOU CAN, GO TO A DIFFERENT POST OFFICE THIS ONE IS THE WORST!
