Sometime in Oct-Dec all the old staff were gone. To another UPS, replaced with cheaper labor? I don't know, but I miss the old staff. In my opinion, the new staff is slow and seems not trained well. Now always slow lines. I'm taking my business to other UPS locations. Wish I knew where the old staff is.
