The woman who helped me (I didn't get her name) was the most patient, helpful and kind person I've come across in a very long time. I find customer service in today's world to be pretty awful. The black woman (hopefully, this helps with WHOM she was) who helped me today restored my faith in humanity a bit. Thank you & Merry Christmas!
- WWWandaAug 7, 20251.0So happy I recently moved out of Clawson to Royal Oak, because Clawson P.O. is the most rudest postal staff I have ever come across! There's only one very nice man who is at times - is at the counter, refreshing change because he's so nice and helpful. The woman who work the counter, all but one, are extremely unfriendly and act as if you're putting them out asking a simple question and one older lady always looks absolutely miserable and never smiles! The P.O. is far to small, long lines always with one staff member at the counter! Not well stocked with shipping products customers need! Clawson P.O you should and hopefully will do so much better! Stop acting like the customers are an inconvenience! Do your job!!
- CCcathyJul 10, 20251.0While following mfg directions, i attempted to return 2 items w/ same QR code (having never done this). A very rude woman wearing a hijab was manning the desk. She was very unkind & overall nasty when she said they were packaged wrong. It escalated from there. If she had been less rude from the start, i would have been calmer. She clearly doesn’t belong in a service job. As a former Clawson resident, i used to love this office. Not anymore!!!
