- SSSherrySep 8, 20251.0I completely agree with the previous post regarding the woman with the hijab!! I had the displeasure of trying to purchase a M.O. from her a few weeks ago. She was incredibly rude to me, I could barely hear her and her voice was mean! Not the normal for CPO!! She definitely should not, never, be working the front counter! There's another older woman with grayish hair who works the counter at times, never smiles and has a look of dread on her face always, Wow, just wow!!
- WWWandaAug 7, 20251.0So happy I recently moved out of Clawson to Royal Oak, because Clawson P.O. is the most rudest postal staff I have ever come across! There's only one very nice man who is at times - is at the counter, refreshing change because he's so nice and helpful. The woman who work the counter, all but one, are extremely unfriendly and act as if you're putting them out asking a simple question and one older lady always looks absolutely miserable and never smiles! The P.O. is far to small, long lines always with one staff member at the counter! Not well stocked with shipping products customers need! Clawson P.O you should and hopefully will do so much better! Stop acting like the customers are an inconvenience! Do your job!!
- CCcathyJul 10, 20251.0While following mfg directions, i attempted to return 2 items w/ same QR code (having never done this). A very rude woman wearing a hijab was manning the desk. She was very unkind & overall nasty when she said they were packaged wrong. It escalated from there. If she had been less rude from the start, i would have been calmer. She clearly doesn’t belong in a service job. As a former Clawson resident, i used to love this office. Not anymore!!!

But it is the absolute worst location to have a P.O Box with because their lobby hours are just as short as the counter hours. Rather ridiculous in 2025 for the lobby to not be open at least until 6pm. Allow people to get home from work and run by the post office. Troy post office just down the street had longer lobby hours. May just have to move.
