- MGM G6 days ago1.0Booked a passport appt almost two months in advance for my two young children on an early Saturday morning (2/7/26). Arrived at appt and no one greeted, waited at the passport counter for a while and none of the staff members (two women) said anything. Finally went to the main counter and was told that the person who is responsible for the passport had passed away recently, plus they have not been doing passports for a while. There was no notice that my appt was cancelled. There’s no signage anywhere to notify that there’s no passport services at this location. When I questioned the clerk, of course I got some BS answer (as expected). I honestly don’t know why the USPS is even around. The worse service ever and no accountability from the local office or the Feds. PLEASE CLOSE THIS OFFICE- it’s evident by the terrible service reviews and how disgruntled the employees are. Been years since I’ve needed to go to USPS and glad I don’t have to go there often. This is exactly why I patronize UPS and happy to pay more for better service.

He doesn't say hello, doesn't answer or know the answer to any questions you ask, and doesn't offer to help when he sees you struggling or when you ask. He's been there for years so clearly you guys won't do anything about it. At least the other staff there are very nice, but I can't go here anymore.
