- BLBa LutzOct 2, 20251.0Booked a new passport with photo services. When I arrived they told me that their photo machine was down & I had to go somewhere else, get a photo, then come back. Nothing on the website, no sign on the door, not even a phone call letting me know ahead of time that the machine was down. I am a busy parent of two, as are others, and I would’ve appreciated some warning. I have a trip coming up soon and this was the earliest appointment I could make & now it’s even more delayed due to the lack of communication. Definitely recommend going somewhere else!
- DPDanielle ParafianAug 26, 20251.0I made a passport appointment back in July and they cancelled on me the day after I booked the appointment and never reached out to tell me or give an explanation. I rebooked the appointment for a month later (earliest they could get me in) and the day of they called me 30 minutes before my appointment to cancel it saying they can't do passports at this time. They have wasted 2 months of my time and having to move my work schedule around just to end up sending me to a different location. Ridiculous.
