He doesn't say hello, doesn't answer or know the answer to any questions you ask, and doesn't offer to help when he sees you struggling or when you ask. He's been there for years so clearly you guys won't do anything about it. At least the other staff there are very nice, but I can't go here anymore.

We did everything correctly to stop our mail only to get a call from a relative that the mail box was full. What does the carrier do next? Throw it on the ground?
- MFMeghan FitzpatrickNov 27, 20251.0Someone at this USPS location is marking my packages as “return to sender” with a note saying “minimum mailpiece length is 5”.” This may be true for flat letters, but I know it does not apply to packages, and I’ve been mailing this size box for years. This is costing me money and resulting in frustrated customers. Please re-train your staff.
