- MDMelissa DavidsonJul 17, 20151.0For 3 weeks now the person delivering a letter that is certified mail, keeps putting a final notice in our mail box but not once has come to the door to try and get the signature. Numerous times there has been people in the house in the kitchen and living room (which is right by the front door). Someone different was delivering the other day and we got a honk and then they were gone. Isn't it the mail carriers job to deliver and get the signature for the certified mail? Clearly this person isn't doing their job!
