The treatment I had dealt with this morning was not an isolated moment. Perhaps the employees should be trained in the proper way of dealing with the public. Instead of being helpful to the customer they are condescending and out right rude. We will making the trip to 21 and Gratiot for all personal shipments, shipments for our ecommerce business and Amazon returns.
