    This is a very busy location. I am here at least weekly and have never had bad service. They are polite, helpful, and professional.

    The hours are not posted correctly. Wasted my time at 2pm on a non Holiday Wednesday. Now im late work and cant get what I need done yay

    If I could give this location a zero I would, but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I am able to go. I missed a delivery from FedEx yesterday so they left it at this location for me to pickup. Even with ID proving who I am, they would not release my package to me because my ID had a different address on it from out of state. I’m a Navy wife as well as a disabled veteran and we still have residency in Florida at this time as we are in the process of buying a house. Well I’m temporarily staying with my sister so I never changed my ID nor are any of the bills in my name, so even with valid identification, this branch location would not give me my package. The man that helped me was slow, it was very apparent that he could care less to be of customer service, and I ended up needing to speak with the manager. She approached already looking upset so that was a dead end as well, so they got another manager for me to speak with. Also a dead end. Everyone cites some policy that they cannot show in writing, which sends common sense right into the wind. If I can prove I’m me, release my package to me. I finally was given the phone number of a manager at another location and was told that anyone at my current temporary address could sign for the package, not just me, but that coming to the store posed a security risk for picking up my own package even with ID. This directly contradicts itself and makes genuinely no sense. I will be contacting corporate to file a formal complaint but I wanted to make sure that I posted a review of how awful this location is, how rude the employees are, and how much they do not care about customer service and helping individuals out.

    I have been coming to the Hall Rd and I-94 location for about 3 years now and have shipped many packages from small to large for both work and personal. Staff employee Lori has done a great job taking care of my shipments and is very personable to talk to. As far as shipping packages that are damaged or in bad shape Lori has Fed Ex guidelines for what is acceptable shipping (not her fault). Thank you Lori for taking care of my shipments. GR

    I've been trying for a month to file a property damage claim. They call you and leave a message to call them back but when you call them, you never get to speak to a person . Very poor customer service. Their driver hit my mailbox and now I need a new one. All they let you pick online is damaged packages. I finally got in touch with a human being. They sent me a new claim number and another number to call. That person gave me a different claim number and another phone number to call, which, AGAIN, gave me ANOTHER CLAIM NUMBER!!! ( I was then told to send in photos of my mail box and the height of my mailbox. (What does the height have to do with anything?) So anyway, I did all of that stuff and haven't heard from them yet. My gosh... It's a mailbox!! But if it was a kid or a car, I'd bet they'd be on it! I can't fix the mailbox by myself either......
