I'm deducting a star because there is no after hours package drop-off or self help kiosk, so you have to go in during business hours. (Only option for after hours is PO Box access.)

Id much rather just pick it up the next day from the post office building, then have a $200 package hanging out of my mailbox. Hire some people who are willing to do the job correctly. i can't afford to lose anymore money from lost packages via usps Workers drive right by my mail box if i don't have mail to be delivered. Even though I have out going mail with the flag up. Lazy workers!
