- AMA M1 day ago1.0Some of the counter clerks are nice, but others are grumpy, impatient, completely unhelpful, and don’t care. It’s almost like they’re getting satisfaction out of being that way with a weird smirk! Make sure you know everything and don’t have any questions before you come in. I have a couple of small businesses and will just start using UPS just to avoid the stress of going in here.

My mail and packages show up to my house when I where I would expect. The actual office doesn't control postage rates or what happens to a package before or after it is in their hands.
