My mail and packages show up to my house when I where I would expect. The actual office doesn't control postage rates or what happens to a package before or after it is in their hands.

- BRBrooke RomeoJun 7, 20241.0Just trying to ship a package and the one lady was having issues with my barcode while giving quite the irritated attitude as if it was my fault so I double checked the barcode, had her try again she suggested another lady try it that was chatting in the back and it worked but also acting irritated that she had to help out. Not sure why I had to experience such negative attitudes with an hour left of the store being opened on a Friday afternoon. There’s plenty of jobs not in customer service. I will just ship at the UPS from now on where they are much more friendly/helpful right down the block.
