I have ordered something that I track from Minnesota to Charlevoix Michigan, the tracking number says it got all the way to traverse city then sent back to Minnesota just to be shipped back to Charlevoix and your response time to resolve the issue is kinda pathetic. My package will get here 3 days late and it'll still get to me before anyone from the post office responds.

Usually if the packages don’t fit in the mail box, they put it on our porch.. very disappointing.. been waiting for this package for weeks!!
