Mail box is accessible, road is accessible, house is accessible. Carrier still refuses to deliver mail. Then staff gaslights us. Post office also isn’t open late enough or early enough for me to make it by without leaving work early or being late.

I have ordered something that I track from Minnesota to Charlevoix Michigan, the tracking number says it got all the way to traverse city then sent back to Minnesota just to be shipped back to Charlevoix and your response time to resolve the issue is kinda pathetic. My package will get here 3 days late and it'll still get to me before anyone from the post office responds.
