Over 20 years of going to this post office and not once have they complained about mailing addresses but over the last year, it's grown apparent on how little they want to work as out of every 200 articles I received, one will be missing a PO box number and she will send that one letter back instead of doing the work to sort the mail. It'd be one thing if this was kalamazoo or even three rivers, but this is a small town with an even smaller post office. You could throw in someone just entering the workforce from high school and they'll put in greater effort.

I would like to know where the rest of my letter is. Because there was other envelope in that letter. There was multiple envelopes in that letter. So now I get to pay to mail this one envelope back out. And people are out of stuff that I was intrusted to mail for them. Because they have no clue about anything.
