Always had a good experience here. It is the post office and they’re generally understaffed and busy but the employees are helpful and professional in my experience.

Ed is awesome at this branch. First and foremost its a plus that it closes at 8p. Then, Ed gave me some helpful hints that I used this time and next. GREAT JOB!

Very bad service... never had such bad service the staff does it as if they were doing you in favor. we pay for the service they do the service we are not going to get it for free.. ... If you do not like to provide customer service, do not work on that.

Disgraceful. Voice message says they are closed then proceeds to say their hours are 8am-5pm. Lack of reliability & poor communication from Canton location, customer satisfaction needs improvement. Highly disappointed

Save yourself time and find another location. The staff there are very very rude and disrespectful. They’re lazy, slow, and treat you like you’re not a person. One lady especially, her name Loranda or something she deals with passport services. she’s very very rude and unprofessional. Other ladies next to her are mad and grumpy, my family was treated terribly with disrespect and were told “go wait in that corner” very very slow service, then they get too busy and can’t handle it, then become very mean and disrespectful. If I can give negative stars, I would. I hope no one else experiences what my family and I experienced at this location by those terrible unprofessional individuals. Shame on them and shame on whoever hired them and trained them. They would look at each other intentionally ignoring you and instead of serving customers they are just talking. It’s just not fair and is very unfortunate.
