  I need/want to formally recognize and commend three (3) outstanding employees (Jabin, Dailyn and Tyler) at this Canton location UPS Store - #4707. As a frequent customer, I believe it is just as important to highlight exceptional serfvice as it is to address concerns-and these individuals truly deserve acknowledgment. Each time I visit this location, I am consistently met with professionalism, kindness and geniune compassion. It starts from the moment I walk in (with genuine warm Jabin, Dailyn and Tyler go above and beyond to ensure that every transaction is positive, efficient, and welcoming. I observe this with each customer as I am waiting in line. Whether assisting with shipping questions, handling packages with care, or simply offering a friendly and respectful demeanor, they exemplify the VERY BEST of customer service. Please extend my sincere appreciation to this "team" for their exceptional service! Their efforts do not go unnoticed and make a meaningful difference to customers like myself. Linda Hawkins

  The gentleman working up front ( he said he's been there 20 years. Receipt didn't have his name. But it did say Employee #176659'). Whatever you're paying him - double it. He just saved me from a huge mistake shipping my phone back to T-Mobile. The guy at the T-Mobile store put the shipping label on the little plastic bag and told me to ship it that way. This amazing guy went out of his way to suggest against it - doing extra work when he easily could have said nothing. Those are the people that are the literal backbone of a company. I'll be using this as my go-to UPS store from now on.

  Every time I visit this store the employees are remarkably friendly, kind and helpful! It's a pleasure doing business here. I've noticed other customers feel the same way. It's a great vibe! Thank you.

  First time at this location and sadly my last. The staff was very passive aggressive. I asked them to put a do not bend sticker on my package, and they flat out told me no. And than gave a bunch of bs saying that I should do it myself, and the only way to ensure its safety is to put cardboard in it which I did.. sorry?? I've gone to many other locations and not 1 time has it been a problem. Also absolutely zero eye contact. While I was reading my information on the tablet to make sure everything was correct. The staff member tapped their fingers as if they were impatient with me. I left not feeling confident in my decision, in trusting them. Very poor customer service. I hope you do better next time.
