I was HARRASED by the manager. She was a black woman and she involuntary changed my mail address without my consent or approval. I have proof and documentation and I have begun to file a lawsuit.

Some of the employees here needs to work on customer service skills, stop answering the phone just to hang up and some of the employees are impatient and have lack of knowledge of the business. I was there yesterday 1/23/26 12 pm. If it wasn’t for the supervisor I would’ve been out of help. Unfortunately I have to go back.

The Postmaster at the Canton, Michigan Post Office (48187) first approved my Postal Form 1528 Hardship Request to Deliver Mail to my Front Door due to My Validated Orthopedic Disability (100% VA-rated Disabled Combat Veteran) in December, 2025, then decided on January 12, 2026 to reverse his approval without notification or warning. Furthermore, he withdrew all mail delivery service for me altogether without any justification and without any notice, after receiving US mail for one month at my front door and at my community mailbox 1/4 mile from my residence. Not only are his actions without any justification, but he has discriminated against me because I am a disabled Veteran who finds it extremely difficult to walk more than 200 feet and my mailbox is in fact 1/4 mile away from my residence - even after he was furnished medical documentation and a statement from a local physician to validate my orthopedic disability. Furthermore, said Postmaster delivers mail "curbside" (just in from a front door to the curb in front of a house) to thirty-two (32) of my immediate house neighbors, all of whom are not disabled (confirmed by my Homeowners Association). This Post Office is therefore filled with bigots and people who despise disabled Veterans, as cessation of mail service is an extreme punishment/retaliation and without any logical justification. And based upon his express original approval, I purchased a steel mailbox for the front of my residence and even paid a handyman $100 to install it - $450 in total material and labor expense. Finally, this Postmaster should abide by his original approval to deliver mail to my front door due to my validated disability hardship situation and his reversal decision in the amidst of delivering US mail to my non-disabled house neighbors speaks volumes to his innate prejudice towards me as a fully disabled US MIlitary Veteran unable to walk more than 200 feet. To be frank, US Federal employees who despise disabled Veterans shouldn't even be allowed to hold employment, but this group of bigots clearly think they have a legal right to trample upon disabled Veterans.

Terrible service. Atleast 3 days a week we get mail and packages in our box or on our steps for a house on a while other street. Yesterday we found mail in the snow because we got about 10 letters in a rubber band and a box that hardly fit in the box and door wouldn't shut. All the mail was for the wrong address. We have com0lained, the owners of the mail have complained. Its been almost a year that this has been going on. The office wants to say its new driver, its not!!
