  This is the only UPS that DEMANDS you tell them exactly what you’re shipping, even if it’s already labeled. Their job is to scan it and give you a receipt, but this gives them some kind of inferiority complex I guess. I’ve been here a hundred times, I’m always polite and my shipments are always boxed and labeled. It should take all of 5 seconds, unless someone decides to make it their mission to take longer. For some reason, this time my “brief description” wasn’t good enough. I said “memorabilia” and the thing working there said “that could be a lot of things”. Yes it could, but that’s not her concern. I said “it’s a helmet and a couple other things, inexpensive” that also wasn’t good enough. Seriously? Why do I have to tell you, I already said it was an inexpensive helmet and a couple other things (a pin and a mug, but nobody cares. I’m not going to sit there and list it. It’s already insured for a specific amount, it’s documented with the company it’s sold through and It makes no difference) So if this is “policy” why then, If I schedule a smart pickup, the driver doesn’t ask me what’s in the box? Nor does any other affiliated business that accepts UPS dropoffs. Nor does any other UPS store I’ve been to. If I said “shoes” that could also mean a lot of things. It could be $5000 designer shoes or work boots or keds, it doesn’t matter, that’s not her job to figure out. So I said “you guys are weird I’ll go elsewhere” because they are, by default, weird. When you act differently than everyone else, you’re weird. They’re a weird little group that think they’re the UPS police and it’s hilarious. I don’t know if they want to steal what’s in the boxes or if it’s just some little game they’re playing, because it’s always the same 3 employees. The thing said “you’re weird” as I was walking out. Very professional. If it makes you feel better I guess. I’m not the one demanding a detailed description of every package like a weirdo. So I took my ups package down the street where no one even cared, wondered, asked, or thought about what was in the box. Because they weren’t a weirdo.

  Always so helpful! Jeff, the manager, has gone above and beyond for me with my PO Box. The entire staff is friendly every time I come in, whether I’m returning an Amazon package or shipping something out (and I’ve done both, lol). Every single employee here is kind, professional, and efficient. Hands down one of the best UPS Stores I’ve ever been to—easy in and out every time!

  Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! I dropped off my Amazon return here without the receipt or original box. I just needed the Amazon scannable code under previous orders on my phone.
