    Absolute TERRIBLE service here by all the employees every single day. I ship for business every single day at this location due to the area of convenience for me on my passing through. And since I have moved here in the last 2 months there is always attitude at this store from each employee not wanting to do a basic job here, whether its as simple as just taking a box out of my hands or scanning it in, they always say i'm not working go to the kiosk or no sorry cannot take that here today. Most of this specifically comes from a short skinny girl called “Benine”. She always refuses the packages that we bring in, giving some kinda reason that she just cannot take them. Today I asked why she could not just take a shoe box size USPS box, and said uhm i guess we can today, i said what makes a difference and why do you have to see if you can or cant? you are a shipped service and never had i've been refused taking packages!! This happens daily to my husband, at a point I thought she just had a thing to fight with him. They NEVER take my packages then proceeds to mock back and fake cries and gave my package back and said go elsewhere today. I don't know why scanning boxes in has come to being such a HARD job... served with such attitude, and lack of motivation. I use the self service kiosk every time I can to avoid any interaction at this store because of this. I go in there everyday with the hesitation that my packages are even going to make it out or even make it not broken to the buyers - because I have also heard her say once “I wouldn’t trust us to return any Amazon packages here, we just break them, so no one gets refunds" as she’s yelling at someone to stomp on a box for it to fit inside of something else.. Like thats not okay. Unreal. Do better. I would love to speak to an owner about this. I do believe that an employee change over is needed.

    Dude, I've always had nice helpful experience at this store but Today your store associate Amy (the young girl with the glasses) was clearly having a moment. I accidentally hit no receipt on the amazon return machine and when I asked for a receipt she pointed at the machine told me to do it there, clearly put out that I was even talking to her. I told her I had accidentally hit no receipt and she audibly sighed, eye rolled and her negative posture showed she clearly had no desire to help. For context I've always brought a box with the items to return in them and have always been asked if I would like a receipt. But today apparently I needed to use the bags at the station which was something new I haven't experienced and she proceeded to "help" which meant being a condescending jerk every step of the way. We all have problems but projecting your misery onto customers just going about there day is really lame.
