One staff was working on that customer. Four staffs were idling. No one greeted. No one explained. After waiting for 5 minutes, I asked whether they need so many employees here since only one was working. They told me that their system was partially down. There were two computers on the counter. Only one was working. When finally after 20 minutes, the only customer ahead of me got her package done. The girl in blue shirt came to tell me that their system was totally down! So after waiting for 20 minutes, I failed to return a package here. I wish I could give zero star if possible.
