There was still mail in the mailbox from yesterday that I hadn't grabbed yet...exactly 4 small envelopes. Lazy employees probably didn't even come to my house before saying it was undeliverable.

I get we could not find your drive way or we ran into an issue when trying to deliver.Today I had 3 packages marked out for delivery, 1 got delivered, orher 2 ran into issue delivering. How does that even happen. I pay for 2 day shipping and am lucky if i get it in 3 to 4 days because post office cant do their jobs right. Dosent matter how many times you call to complain they dont do anything to correct the problem.

I found out that even though my package is @ this facility, it has not been checked in or sorted...this process would be completed by tommorrow morning at 8am. Kelly(post office rep.),was extremely pleasant and helpful. She explained that today wouldn't be possible but, they would hold it and I could pick it up after 8am tomorrow...12 hours earlier than it would be delivered to my house...yea!!! Love new shoes:)
