Worst experience we have ever had with a mailing company!
Started a few months ago where our mail lady wasn't delivering packages to our address, she got fired and charges pressed against her.
In January,we had several packages arrive accumulatively at the post office and we were told several times that they would be ready. We would go in and something else would come up, we went in to get them, then we would have to wait for paperwork to process, then we had more coming, mind you, they are Christmas presents and as of February 23rd, we still do not have them! They have been in the post offices possession this entire time.
So we get to a point where we can pick them up, then they were accidentally put on a truck for delivery. We thought hey okay, at least they will finally FINALLY be delivered. This was about 2-3 weeks ago
What happens? They get called back to the post office.
No delivery. Instead we are told to come in the following Wednesday to finally get them because the manager said she was going to hand deliver them to us. So we go in, guess what? Can't pick them up because there is MORE PAPER THAT NEEDS TO BE PROCESSED!! Another week we wait. Mind you, my lovely wife is waiting in line for hours at a time, Everytime we were told we can pick up the packages, she waited for hours because no one there would return a call.
Another week rolls around, the manager sadly passes away. Very sad and our condolences to her and her family.
We were told we could pick up the packages today at 1:00. Guess what? My wife stands in line until around 3:00. Leaving around 1:30 to run a quick errand then returns
Did it matter that we got there at 1:00 when we were told we could get our packages?? NOPE still a several hour wait
I have over 10 Christmas present packages that I have still yet to get because of this crap. I really hope tomorrow is the day. And we were also told by the lady handling the packages now that she would "let us know" when we can pick them up. These are high valuable packages we are waiting on. If we don't get them soon, I'll get legal advice. This is absolutely unacceptable for a post office.
We are well aware that there are processes involved.
But going on 3 months is absolutely ridiculous. We will never again, if we can avoid it, have packages shipped to this post office.
I suggest you, whoever is reading this, if you can avoid it, have your packages shipped elsewhere. I hope someone is held accountable and change takes place.
I will update this review once we get our packages.

Was expecting a part for my oven so I could actually cook food. The part is only about the size of my hand but vital for the oven to work. There was still mail in the mailbox from yesterday that I hadn't grabbed yet...exactly 4 small envelopes. Lazy employees probably didn't even come to my house before saying it was undeliverable.

Absolutely garbage service. I can't tell you how many time they have refused to deliver a package and it just gets sent back. Beware. Definitely ship your packages ups or FedEx don't trust them with you stuff. Refund the postal service it's a joke. They can't do their job.

The staff inside is always very helpful and friendly. Our normal postal delivery worker is wonderful as well! Once or twice we've had random postal workers (like on Sundays) who have left my packages in the rain etc but our normal postal worker is always good about putting my packages in bags if it's raining.
