  Extremely Rude! Went there Saturday to pick up packages just to get told by Lori they are not a pick up point. In fact their exact words were "look around where would we keep packages?" Told me I had to go to the distribution center to pick up packages. Called distribution on monday just to be told my packages were at the UPS store and that the employee was new. Went back on Tuesday (driving from manistee) just to have the same worker tell me again that they are not a pick up point. And again got extremely rude. Another worker finally asked our name and got our packages while the other employee continued to berate us telling us they don't handle packages. After this experience I will never work with them again. Not looking for a generic apology. After reading other reviews it seems this is a trend with you.

  I paid almost $200 to have a customers engine shipped. after putting my faith in them to handle this for me they failed. I paid for $1200 of insurance on the item ... to have the store which is not actually UPS!!! and ups claim it was not packed properly. They could have refused to ship it unless packed differently??? If the item was not packed correctly why was my money taken and the item shipped? They should have informed me properly that it needed more than a commercial tote encapsulated in expanding foam zip tied shut as i have shipped many engines and part for many years without issue. They have done little to nothing to resolve this issue properly in the last 6mo. The worst people and place to deal with. This is a Total scam to collect insurance money knowing it ends 2 ways the package arrives... or they denied the claim. Either way they got paid for a service and failed my business. They are not even ups associated business... its just a name like any other business that ships stuff for larhe profit.... its such wild idea. You can read all the reviews of how the treat customers in other reviews and make a accurate assumption of how they [jenifer & Bent] treated me. Please listen to this warning and save yourself the drama Pakmail is a few yards away and they handle customers properly. I hope this helps anyone!! even one person to not have to spend 40 plus hours of the shell game while your business is made a fool of resulting in loss of revenue !!!

  Just called to find out if they offer shredding services and the cost. The employee who answered (Karen) could not have been more sarcastic or rude. Now, I can see where all the negative ratings for the UPS Store in Cadillac come from. WOW!
