  Helpfulness, pleasant, efficient and I am greeted when I go in the store. There are consistent employees.

  I had a super complicated situation, that was 100% my fault, with a package. I called and was a little stressed because I hadn’t gotten confirmation of my return. Lori went above and beyond for 2 days, making multiple calls and scrolling through days of returns for me. I know they’re busy often so I really appreciated all the footwork she put into my situation. She didn’t give up until she knew my issue was resolved and she had a final destination of my package. Lori is awesome! I am so thankful for her. She is a true depiction of someone who loves helping others and working with the public! Thank you Lori.

  I dont know why I keep going back. Never again. The people who work here are consistently sarcastic and rude and have been for a couple years. They were closed during posted open hours yesterday because of cold and snow… in Michigan… in the winter. Then today when shipping a couple packages out I am told my an employee “That’s not packaging. Those will break and we will NOT cover that.” I said, “Really? You think those will break?” - “Well I can’t say… I just work here as you can see.” I had them packaged with 4 layers of bubble wrap, there is zero need for sarcasm. If you think they won’t make it, say “hey I’m not sure these will make it. We could put them in this box…” I hate this place because of its needlessly rude and sarcastic employees, every single time I am here. Avoid.

  I have used this location many times to scan building plans and email to architects and subcontractors. I have ALWAYS been treated with respect and courtesy. I will be using them again next week.
