Have had exact same packages delivered into the mailbox once and then the next time a note saying it couldn't be delivered and nobody was around. I was home all day and watch the driver drive pass the box. Office hours say open until 5pm, randomly is actually closing at 3pm.

They failed to scan two boxes and now I have to pay a fee on my selling app for not shipping out on time. I would go to any surrounding post office other than this one. I feel they purposefully didn’t scan a couple boxes due to their attitude while dropping them off.
- LMLola MullSep 9, 20251.0Attempted to buy 100 stamps and they gave me 500 and charged me for such. When I attempted to return immediately they could not refund it accurately or quickly. It ended up taking an additional 1.5 hours to receive my money back. Buy online or don’t use this location.

Byron Center is a nice place and the post office looks like it is in the ghetto… and it’s been like that (probably 50 potholes in the parking lot) for the 2 years I’ve gone there…
