    I can’t believe all of these negative reviews. I have been to this location many times and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. They are often very busy and maybe understaffed but I have never had an encounter with a rude employee. I will continue using this store.

    The most unprofessional staff I have ever met! Went to drop off a package today waited in line which is perfectly fine when I got to the store started walking to sit my package down as I already had a label On the package, and this has always been the protocol. The lady in the front screamed at the top of her lungs “sir what do you think you are doing” and I stared just sitting this here her response was “what makes you so special, that is what everyone is doing” I was so embarrassed so I waited in the line again when I got to the front of the line to her she said can I see the label I showed her. She then with a grin on her face said sit it over there. I have never been treated so negatively or embarrassed so much By a business. I will ship via fedex from now on. I understand the new regulations but no need to be treated this badly for not understanding new protocols

    Store manager refused to give my friend a receipt and was just an all around jerk. Contradicted information that was printed right on the UPS tag.
