Yesterday I took a package that I was returning in the same box that was sent to me so I asked a quick question to ensure I was doing it correctly. Tbe young girl I had never seen before just responded by saying she wasn't sure. She just grabbed her scanner and said "one at a time on the scale". Absolutely no customer service skills or even normal human kindness!
