Pretty incompetent. I'd be afraid if these types of people did fast food. You'd be waiting forever for your food to get delivered to you.

Nothing but bad experiences from our carrier, from her blaring her horn outside our house at 8am until we came outside to do her job for her (taking a 10lb package out of her vehicle that was apparently too big) to her being extremely rude and disrespectful about saying our mail box was too full (it was nearly empty when she said that), recently our mail box was hit and post broken in half, she is the only one that parks there, its the only mailbox on that entire strip, we walk to get our mail, cant say it was her but logically that's who it was, being the only person that ever stops on that entire 30 yard strip, now today, package was supposed to be delivered, we check online and it says the package was awaiting pickup at usps facility per customer request, we never made that request and they apparently "cant change it back to a delivery" the carrier changed it to pickup because she was too lazy to take a 25lb box out of her truck.

This has been an on going issue for nearly 7 months of not receiving important mail and it's being returned to the senders. It has been addressed to the post office and nothing has been done. What am I supposed to do about this situation if it is NOT being addressed?
