- LLLiamApr 23, 20261.0Only one employee and it was a guy who could barely speak English, he kept going into the back of the building and then disappearing for up to ten minutes each time. We had a whole line of people waiting and none of us got addressed. Finally just left and went elsewhere.

- LSLee SFeb 24, 20263.0There was a lady filling out a paper for change of address and the clerk had her stand at the desk and fill out the paperwork the took her as the next when she was done. I was given the paperwork and had to go back to the end of the line. Not sure if it was because she was an older lady or what. Caused me to be there over an hour.
- MMMikaelaFeb 18, 20265.0For the past year or two, well there may be another worker, Hassan has primarily been the gentleman to help me out, and he's fantastic! Today they mixed it up on me, and Chris helped me out at the counter, and he was ALSO incredible! At the Brighton location, the staff is always friendly and professional, and they go above and beyond when able. Multiple times I've had help selecting the best way to get my packages where they need to go. Based on weight, price, contents, and delivery date requirements, they help me make an informed decision. And seem to really care about saving me money when they can. The building itself is always clean, and I've never had issues with parking. A public restroom may be nice, but I can also understand how that could become problematic.
