Makes me worried that the package that I shipped is going to be damaged, even if I took the proper steps to protect it. Update: I received a call and was basically told that what she was doing was normal procedure because when packages go through the shipping process they are all handled in this manner. I was also told that it was too late to do anything about it as the package was already shipped out and that I should have taken more precaution on my end. I was told (basically) that it was my fault for not putting the package in a box. Lovely.

He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in a way we really appreciated when it came to passport photos with newborns, and also with our questions pertaining to filling out the passports. He was very patient with us despite the fact that we weren't completely ready for our appointment.
