- LSLee SFeb 24, 20263.0There was a lady filling out a paper for change of address and the clerk had her stand at the desk and fill out the paperwork the took her as the next when she was done. I was given the paperwork and had to go back to the end of the line. Not sure if it was because she was an older lady or what. Caused me to be there over an hour.

Today they mixed it up on me, and Chris helped me out at the counter, and he was ALSO incredible! At the Brighton location, the staff is always friendly and professional, and they go above and beyond when able. Multiple times I've had help selecting the best way to get my packages where they need to go. Based on weight, price, contents, and delivery date requirements, they help me make an informed decision. And seem to really care about saving me money when they can. The building itself is always clean, and I've never had issues with parking. A public restroom may be nice, but I can also understand how that could become problematic.
- LPL PowellFeb 3, 20262.0Dont know what's happening but our mail delivery is so messed up. I receive an email daily with pictures of the mail that is coming that day. I never receive all of it. One day, a very nice sunny day, I was notified that the mail could not be delivered. There was nothing obstructing the mailbox, no cars park in front of the house and not a bit of snow on the ground. I have a video of my car pulling up to the mailbox 5 minutes after I received the notice! Inspectors need to do their jobs and upright this ship.

Made me worried that the package that I shipped was going to be damaged, even if I took the proper steps to protect it. Update: I received a call and was basically told that what she was doing was “normal procedure” because when packages go through the shipping process they are all handled in this manner. I was also told that it was too late to do anything about it as the package was already shipped out and that I should have taken more precaution on my end. I was basically told that it was my fault. Lovely.
