    I’ll never come back here again to return an item for Happy return after a horrible experience with Allva, what a pitiful worker!!! Worthless worker! I’ve done all kinds of job but I never let a customer wait for 15-20mins just to finish a job that can be done after helping a customer, on top of that he helped someone else who didn’t even fall in line. Ms or Mr Allva is not supposed to work in a customer service, what a waste of money to pay him/her. 😔. What he did wasn’t nice! I came there first, he let me wait until he is finished what he was doing and after his done, he made me wait again to help someone who just got there. You treated me like that is it because I’m an Asian???

    Every time I have to come to the Brighton location, I cringe. I only come here for Amazon returns and every single time, the employees are beyond rude. They complain they have to stay open on holidays and never smile. They mumble, don’t talk to you and act like they are overworked because they have to stay open til 9pm. Don’t go work for a hospital - open 24-7

    Salesperson provided excellent service. Provided marked sales price on item (chair mat) though sale date had passed. Quality and price of item was competitive with Amazon.
