Had business cards made,paid for 100,got 50,when asking if that was 100 told yes the box is just big?Went back for the 50 I paid for.Saw her again for resume,when looking at proof info incorrect and told 52$ more to retype resumeall of one page.I took the paper& threw it away,Michelle yells across office,don't come back!Extremely professional!Went in today 6/19 to have more cards made.Again Michelle informing me they have no way to recreate card REALLY?Then reminded me that she told me not to come back.Im sorry is her last name FedEx?I left angry,again.Went to UPS,always great customer service.I gave them a card,got 100 made,actually got 100 that I paid for.DO NOT EVER GO To FEDEX BRIGHTON!!3.2 rating,I can tell you why!!

I waited in line for 17 minutes to tell the cashier I’m picking something up, just to be told my order wasn’t ready. I was then told that my email confirmation that said “order ready by: date and time” was an estimate and did not actually reflect when the order would be ready. That is either a terrible way to process orders, or just a lame excuse as to why my order wasn’t ready. Either way, really disappointing, I’ll be staying away from this location
