It has been 7 days and nothing delivered. According to usps tracking system still in Bloomfield office. Very bad service and no accountability! I escalated and all what they said sorry they can’t located in their tracking system!
- JMJill MatsonJun 11, 20181.0I had a package delivered from Israel. For some reason it couldn't be delivered to my home without a signature. That's fine, maybe that's how packages are required to be delivered from overseas. But if you're going to leave a note that requires me to ask for redelivery it's necessary for you to fill out the entire slip, the mail person obviously couldn't be bothered to do that. So I have to drive to the post office to pick up the package. The slip can't be filled out online and there is no way to wait for someone to answer a phone, I waited an hour and a half for the phone to be answered... There is no way to speak to the post office on the phone. And the people here are rude.
