Horrible service and BOTH lines for the ONLY two workers were used for passport customers while customers with packages were lined out the door, many people picked up and left after waiting for 45 minutes including myself! The workers were very inconsiderate and didnt care that their customers were waiting lengthy amount of time just to send out their packages. They dont care for the company and dont seem to enjoy their jobs. Absolutely terrible.

Does anybody even work here? I came in today to drop off a pre-labeled package and I needed a receipt. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and nobody even came! I ship hundreds of packages a week. I’ve never seen this in my life! Post office was open and no employees were at the desk at all, and nobody walked up at all, and there was no bell to even ring! What’s going on here?

I should have paid more attention to the reviews for this location before booking. I had a scheduled passport appointment, only to be informed upon arrival that the staff member responsible was on vacation and I’d need to reschedule for next week. It’s extremely frustrating that the system allowed me to book an appointment when no one was available to assist. This reflects a lack of coordination and poor customer service. To make matters worse, trying to get help through USPS customer service is a dead end — you can’t reach a human being. It's just an automated system that offers no real solutions and wastes your time. With an average rating of 1.7, I now understand why — and frankly, that feels generous based on my experience.

By far the worst place I’ve been too there’s an Indian man who speak badly abt English and is very rude u saw him get into an argument with 3 out of 5 ppl who were in line , and I didn’t expect him to give me a show but here we are, he was rude and unprofessional and shouldn’t be working there with zero experience

One dude working after Presidents’ Day! Line out the door on a Tuesday. No ability to drop off pre paid packages unless you stand in that useless government line with all the blue hairs buying rolls of collectors stamps! Want a total waist of time and resources. Need to privatize the post office already. Also USPS thanks for shrinking the door on the mailbox too so you can’t fit any size package. So convenient!
