    This place is terrible. I ordered business cards online. I got a call from one employees saying that my business card wasn’t right. I have my business card logo and everything made online for a special company I sent it and had it made for Staples. The employee called me with an attitude about my business card. I asked her and told her that it was their website and app would didn’t make my card center. She gave me an attitude. I asked her app would didn’t make my card center. She gave me a attitude. I asked her either to print them or send me my money back, my account was not charged Before she called me after we got off the phone, she charged me for the cards and then refunded it to be a smart. Alec don’t shop here go elsewhere. This is why they’re almost out of business.

    Lady at the printing section has horrible customer service, condescending tone and facial expression (as if I was bothering her by asking her a simple question, maybe she was hungry or had a headache). A real turn off.

    I ordered office supplies online and was notified that they had arrived at your Woodward and Square Lake Road store. The employee, Teryn (sic) refused to scan the barcode and insisted that I tell her the items I was there to pick up. All this before she even asked who I was. I complied, received and signed for the receipt of the items. Her condescension and faux friendly attitude was not appreciated by this customer and I will have any future orders delivered to my home office. ...perhaps this may have been her objective.
