The couple of women at the counter are wonderful always pleasant and helpful. But...
Our mail lady has drove into our yard and torn it up, cracked my wooden fence, drives erratically and far to fast down our road, flies through our driveway with no regards for the children or pets, repeatedly throws our packages in standing puddles or leaves them in the rain (we even have a closed in porch... where FedEx and UPS puts our deliveries) she has ruined several hundreds of dollars worth of items that we had shipped to us. This has been going on for about 4 years now. Two days ago, she threw a heavy box against our pool, she put a hole in the filter hose and knicked the pool causing two leaks and a loss of about 4 inches of water before we got home and seen it. When I addressed the pool and other issues with the post office supervisor... she continuously rolled her eyes at me, was extremely rude and condescending... treating me as if I was the one that did something wrong, not addressing the issue but drilling me and treating me very poorly.
This is the last time I will walk into that facility. I have added an additional camera that points directly at the area where this mail girl drops my packages... and I will file complaints online. They receive many complaints on this driver constantly... even my neighbor has told me they have filed several complaints. This post office is poorly ran by management and this driver is inconsiderate, disrespectful and rude... yes she's even yelled at me when she drove into my yard and got the mail truck stuck. A poorly ran government facility that seriously needs to be looked at, they shouldn't be treating people and our packages the way they do. Customer service and ethics are lacking with these two individuals.
Ran so much better when Dave was there running it!
