Three tax payer paid employees with either air pods in their ears and one on her cell phone talking and laughing unwilling to help customers . Was rude and unprofessional. Acted like it was a disgrace and a bother that a customer came in and needed service. Another lady came in right after me and they acted extremely rude to her also and all she asked for was a book of stamps. Took my things and drove to another location where they were pleasant and professional. They all need to be fired and this place reopened when they get some new management and staff. Waste of taxpayer dollars.

I was in line for a long time and when it was my turn to mail a certified mail- she asked if i filled out the paper. I have sent out certified mail so many times in the past and it was the first time i was told to fill it out. Basically writing the address of the recipient which they’ll return to you anyway at the end. And honestly i would have been happy to do it if that’s how you’re supposed to do it right but she wanted me to go back in line. I could have just wrote the address quickly and again- she has to give me that little sheet of paper anyway. I ended up going to usps in long lake which went very smoothly- didn’t ask to fill it out or anything.
