David was the employee who helped me, and he was absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From answering all my questions to offering suggestions I hadn’t even thought of, he made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and smooth. His customer service was beyond amazing. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, and I can confidently say that David has top-notch hospitality skills—the kind you just don’t see every day. He was professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely cared that I left happy with my order. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my printing and office needs, and I will absolutely be recommending this store and David to friends, family, and colleagues. This location is a true standout!
