  I have now had two unacceptable experiences at this location. On both occasions, I attempted to complete an Amazon boxless return using the QR code provided by Amazon, and both times I was incorrectly told that I was required to purchase packaging in order to proceed, which is not consistent with Amazon’s boxless return policy. The employees demonstrated a lack of knowledge about the return process and provided inconsistent and incorrect information. This resulted in unnecessary inconvenience, wasted time, and an inability to complete my return as instructed. Additionally, the employee who assisted me on my most recent visit was rude and dismissive rather than helpful or professional. As a result, I left without being able to return my item and had to go to another location. I would rather drive 20 miles to another store than return here again. This location clearly needs better training and improved customer service standards.

  Was literally there at 3:01 pm with a big package the girls already had the drawers closed down. I was so confused knocked on the door no we are closed just shaking their heads no. It 4 days before Christmas give me a break nothing like you were closing the place up before closed. How rude!

  I had the best holiday experience at the UPS store with an associate named Brenda. She was most helpful, made sure my gift would arrive to my family by Christmas Eve, and managed to save me over 10 dollars on the cost! Thanks for making the holidays a little brighter for us!

  It was on a Saturday and the print shop i use was closed that charges 15 cents a copy so I went here and the woman charged me 3 dollars for 3 copies Brenda could not explain the pricing system and kept changing her story. She got very rude. I wont go there unless I have to return something from Amazon. But if I see her I will leave and come back later. The owner has responded to my review stating they charge a 3 dollar minimum fee for printing. that means 3 dollars for one copy. There is no sign on wall to let you know what your getting into. Ferris printing is friendlier and charges 15 cents a copy with no minimum. UPS Store takes terrible advantage of people. 3 dollars vs. 15 cents for one copy.
