- JGJennifer Gebhardt3 days ago1.0I went to post office today to mail a package to my son in the military. One girl working and clearly did not want to help me. After moving out of line to fill out forms and then to stand back in line with a heavy package, I waited my turn to have her move me THREE times to different windows. She stated that she didn’t know how to mail it out and I had to step out of line again to complete an address that I told her I wasn’t sure how to fill out on their form. Because it was military. No help AT ALL. She just said oh well I am just one person, whatever the hell that is supposed to mean. Complete waste of time. They are a drop center and absolutely nothing else…which is what she told another customer that walked away with issue unresolved. Maybe train your staff!!

- BLBeatrice LaiApr 7, 20265.0I have come here at least once a week for the last 4 years and have nothing but great things to say about this USPS branch. The ladies at USPS Berkley are amazing. They are always super friendly and helpful! There are sometimes long lines if you can't do the self service drop off but that is to be expected with any post office and not anyone's fault. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of. I've sent hundreds of packages over the years and never had a problem. They are always good about doing the initial scan for the package so I can be sure the package is shipped and in good hands. 5 stars!

The previous comment about the workers at this location is atrocious! Maybe those people need to understand the USPSis a service for everyone. Every business has “rush hour times” try getting there earlier, later or wait their turn without rushing the service they are providing. How rude!
