- JDJack “Salisbury Jake” DavisSep 3, 20252.0Package of mine left the Kalamazoo post office, to Benton Harbor P.O, so they sent it to Grand Rapids just so it can be returned back to Benton Harbor. I asked why Is my package going to all these places and back except to my address? She said it happens a lot. Somebody's not paying attention to the mail packaging system for it to be shipped to all these places and back. Good greef!

Requested help via the USPS website and the destination post office (Benton Harbor, MI) came through with a phone call and update on the tracking and subsequent delivery of that package to me. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Their package management is horrible. Three packages in 18 months just disappeared once they arrived at the BH post office. Now despite having paid for Priority shipping, we are waiting for two packages that have been reportedly dropped off at BH. They don’t know where they are and keep claiming Covid has slowed down deliveries, but can’t identify whether they even have it. Shameful, and they should refund the priority shipping. Next time I’ll ask the seller to ship UPS or FedEx and skip the USPS
