We have security cameras and I watched our driver come up to the door and drop them to the ground tossing the small box off to the side. Tomorrow I will be calling our local office to make a complaint. Fingers crossed that the laptop was not damaged or they will be paying for a replacement.

I don't know her name, I really don't care too, I heard today that she had said something about me to my husband, that she didn't like my attitude because of the young man that I spoke to the other day about how nasty I think she has acted, when bringing packages up the drive, I have tried to talk with her, and she just gives us dirty looks, I really don't care what she thinks, maybe if she changes her bad attitude she may have an easier day. When working with the public like she does she might try saying hello with a smile, it works

This is the same reason why I leave my mail in the box for a week, to try to kill some of the smoke smell on the envelopes!! It's unacceptable!
