    These people are rude and can’t get my mail in my mail box. When I moved here, the original box for this home is broken, so they gave me a different one but they can’t seem to get my mail in MY box. They keep putting in open mailbox where I’m supposed to be, which leaves my mail out and vulnerable for anyone to take. I have complained numerous times, and they do good for a min and start the same bs. I’ve been here almost 4 years and it’s a shame that I’m still going through the same thing. Mail has came up missing either your mail person is taking mail, which should be disciplined, or not caring about where it’s going, which after 4 yrs of complaints should be disciplined. I really hate this place and wish a district manager would show up or something

    These guys are always rude and speak to us like children. They got mad at us for using a PEN. And said in front of a whole entire store of people "just use your words". During Christmas time my husband was sending a return package and he wasn't sure what the lables meant and was trying to make him feel bad for not knowing. They regularly use dismissive words and are never happy to help customers. They're very passive agressive and I've even seen them talk to elderly people this way. Is this what Belleville represents??

    The postal service here is absolutely amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I’ve used this service for both sending mail and packages and addressing issues with incoming mail. Recently, I had a package where the seller forgot to include part of my address. The postal worker quickly and effectively resolved the issue, and I was very impressed with their work. Thank you all for your hard work!

    Beware! This post office is running a bait and switch scam! They have 2 shipping box’s that look almost the same. The medium flat rate box is $21 to ship the other is a priority mail that rang up at $43. They put the priority mail box’s in the flat rate box slot. It has been this way for weeks. So unknown to me I get to the post office with a box I’m thinking is going to cost $21 but surprise! $43! We mentioned this issue with the lady working the counter and she was rude, condescending and completely deflected any responsibility for said issue. She said the customers moved the box’s from one spot and put them in the other spot. They were the same way inside the office where there is always someone there to see this and fix it. It seems like they are intentionally doing this. By the time you pack, tape and bring it to the post office and find out it cost double you might just say to hell with it and pay double. Now multiple this by hundreds during the busy holiday season and wham you got yourself a full blown bait and switch scam.
