One of the employees was extremely unprofessional, yelling at customers and speaking in a rude, disrespectful way. He’s a thin Caucasian man with glasses. It’s surprising and frustrating to see this type of behavior from USPS staff when so many polite, hardworking people are looking for jobs. Management really needs to address this. Customers deserve better service than this.

It's been an ongoing thing, and I'm tired of it. Someone needs to do something and they need to find my mail. I wouldn't be surprised if the postal worker put it in somebody else's mailbox. Of course, nobody would fess up and turn it in.
