- RLRachel LittleFeb 4, 20261.0Neighbors and myself are consistently dissatisfied with the service provided by the post office, as packages are frequently late or contain critical documents such as client checks, with drivers relying on excuses from their work place. Furthermore, when complaints are lodged regarding the service, the staff often fail to take responsibility for their actions or offer inadequate solutions, implying that the customer is at fault. Additionally, some representatives answer calls courteously initially but become abrupt upon being informed of a complaint, seemingly perplexed by reciprocal rudeness. Ultimately, it appears that improvements are necessary across the board for post office staff, and accountability measures such as enhanced training or something needs to be done.

No need for an excuse, street was plowed early yesterday morning and I drove back and forth in front of the mail box so he'd not use that for an excuse..my drive is always plowed by my son-in-law! Alot of times stuff has been left right in front of garage not under the lean-too a n d in the snow..we are 75 years old, my husband uses a cane a n d falls alot..if it wasn't for us, these people would not have a job...very mad!
